Our Mission shutters are reminiscent of fine furniture in the classic style popularized by Gustav Stickley in the early 20th century. The strong geometrics of the handcrafted Trikeenan tiles, set against the clean lines and striking grain patterns of the quartersawn white oak frame, create an instant classic.

The tile panel is available in a variety of craftsman-style designs created by the Trikeenan Tileworks. The accompanying photo features Trikeenan's Craftsman Window Panel End in the Mission colourway, surrounded by a tan porcelain border and set in a rich chocolate-black grout. For exterior or interior applications!

Available unfinished or in virtually any solid color or stain (Shown in quartersawn white oak with an American Walnut stain).

Like all Shutterstile shutters, our Mission shutters:

• are handcrafted to your specifications from Spanish cedar, western red cedar, PVC, oak, mahogany or other hardwood, using traditional mortise and tenon construction
• when used as decorative exterior shutters (i.e., not operable), they are available with the exclusive Shutterstile z-bar hidden mounting system
• are finished with only environmentally friendly low-VOC, water-based finishes
• have interchangeable panels (patent pending) which are easily replaced without removing the shutter from the wall — substitute panels of porcelain, glass, Talavera, stone, cork, metal, or just about any other tile to change the look of your home whenever the mood strikes you
